Cancellations

Although we understand that life circumstances can change at

all times, and unforeseen events happen, with cancellations the

deposit paid will forfeit, to cover our and our providers cost.

In case of cancellations made less than 30 days prior to commencement,

no refund will be available . So we highly recommend travel insurance

to cover this possibility.

Cancellations must be in writing.

CHIbo Wellbeing reserves the right to cancel any program until

30 days prior commencement due to unforeseen circumstances or

non achievement of minimum participant numbers. In any case the full

amount paid be refunded immediately to the participant, and or an alternative

option of same or better value offered.

Liability

CHIbo Wellbeing is only responsible for the services it provides

And it accepts no responsibility for any loss property or injury to persons

caused by any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise.

It is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay additional expense or

inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other

events that are beyond the control  of CHIbo Wellbeing or are not

preventable.

Responsibilties

Please notice that it is your responsibility to ensure that you have a

current passport with a validity date a minimum of 6 months after

completion of travel. It is also your responsibility to obtain any visas

that you might require. We are most happy to advise you about necessary

requirements.
